Production Time

Production time does not include processing and shipping time. The production, processing, and shipping times depend on the items you're ordering. 

Production Time:

Production includes cutting, sawing, soldering, and creating your one of a kind piece including polishing it up to perfection. Our current production time is typically between 3 - 5 business days. Some more complex pieces are 6 - 10 business days. If you are ordering a complete custom piece, the production time can be up to 30 business days. We do offer ready to ship products that typically ship within 48 hours. 

Shipping and Processing Time:

Processing is the time we use for quality assurance check and packing your order. Processing typical take 24 hours. After your piece is inspected, packed, it is shipped within 24 hours. For more information on shipping refer to our Shipping and Returns page.
