Shipping and Returns

RETURNS:
Returns are currently not accepted. Each item is made to order, therefore we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges. Please read descriptions carefully or email for any questions. Email: info@shoptedjewelry.com
  • Gift cards are non-returnable due to the digital nature of the item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

EXCHANGES:
Exchanges are currently not accepted unless item is defective or damaged. Please see "defective or damage" section below. (Please check back regularly on this topic, we are currently working to offer exchanges.)

 

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED:
If the item you received is defective or damaged please contact us immediately. We can only process exchanges within 10 days for domestic customers and 18 days for international customers from the delivery date. Please include order number and photo of the item. We will exchange it for a replacement of the same item. Once defective item is received, we will ship out your replacement, if approved. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition and in the original packaging that you received it in. Any item that incurred damage from harsh wear is not eligible for a replacement. Email: sales@shoptedjewelry.com

 

REPAIRS:
Complimentary repairs will be honored within 30 days of receiving your order, unless item was miss handled. If item has damage from harsh wear, customer will be responsible for repair fee. Customer is responsible for all shipping cost. Please email and attach photos of your jewelry that needs to be repaired. Email: sales@shoptedjewelry.com

 

SALE AND SAMPLE ITEMS:
Sale and sample items are non-refundable. We don't offer refunds or exchanges for these items.

 

SHIPPING: 
We process and ship orders placed Monday - Friday (excluding holidays) typically within 48 hours. Orders placed on weekends will be processed within 48 hours on the next business day. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Please note this doesn't include production time which is an additional 3 - 5 days. Delivery estimate dependent on method of shipping chosen at time of purchase and on where you live, the time it may take for your product to reach you, may vary. We are not responsible for duty fees related to international customers paying to receive their packages. 

 

LOST PACKAGE:
ted. Jewelry is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking information reports delivered to address provided or any fees related to international shipping. Please contact your local USPS for help on recovery of packages reported delivered via your tracking email. We cannot be held responsible if an order shows confirmed delivery to the correct address. Please email us immediately if you enter information incorrectly, we will update your order if it has not been shipped yet. We highly suggest purchasing insurance during checkout.
